Don't ever try to go to this mobile home, the owner is a older women that is very racist. Couple years ago i was about 18 tried to get my own place here and she said some very upsetting things to me as "You sure your type can afford $500 a month" "I'm not sure if i trust your type renting my trailer'' Most people that are there are hispanics i talked to and she is over renting them.
Well priced rent, they are on top of it when you have a problem. I would call a little late in the day and they would be out the next day and problem fixed!
